TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS:
Reservation must be made online, and a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at registering.
MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS:
We are required to have at least 15 people for this trip to take place. Please ensure you can meet all the requirements before you sign up.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT purchase your flight ticket before we have approved your application and you have received a confirmation email from us.
FLIGHT TICKET:
This is a Land ONLY Tour Package. The tour participant must purchase/book a roundtrip flight ticket to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel-Aviv, Israel (Airport code: TLV).
The flight ticket’s arrival/departure date and time must follow the tour program. Please contact “The Kingdom Encounter” or “Kinneret Tours” with any questions if the arrival/departure date and time differ more than 3 hours from the tour program. Please email flight details to info@tkemail.org as soon as it becomes available and no later than July 10th, 2023.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations of the Tour must be received in writing via email/mail and signed by the client.
The below cancellation terms are per person.
- Cancellations received between the Deposit Date and July 6th, 2023, have a penalty of $100.00 per person. (75 days before departure)
- Cancellations received between July 7th and August 16th, 2023, have a penalty of $500.00 per person. (35 days before departure)
- There are NO Refunds If cancellations are received after August 16th, 2023.
It is the responsibility of all passengers to have travel insurance for full travel protection.
Please note: Refunds take approximately 30 days to process.
PASSPORT:
To travel to Israel, you must have a valid Passport, and it must not expire six months from your return date. The airline can refuse you boarding if your Passport expires within six months of your return date. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the name on the air ticket matches the name on the Passport.
Other passport holders may require a visa – Please contact the Israel Consulate General for more information. It is the responsibility of the passenger/s to understand the Visa regulations for entry to all countries around the world via air or land. You can find available websites or by contacting them directly on the telephone.
BAGGAGE:
To travel to Israel from North America with most airlines, you are allowed one checked luggage totaling (no more than) 50 lbs. each, plus one piece of hand luggage on board with you. Some airlines have different luggage restrictions. It is the responsibility of the passenger/s to understand the baggage allowance and restrictions based on the terms used on the airline’s website or by contacting them directly on the telephone before your flight departure. All luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger and of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airlines directly.
RESPONSIBILITY:
“The Kingdom Encounter Ministries” & “Kinneret Tours” acts only as agents for the various companies supplying the services of this Tour and shall not be held liable in any way for injury; damage; loss; death; accident; delay, or irregularity to any person, place or property, including air transportation or changes in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. It is the responsibility of all passengers to have travel insurance for full travel protection.
UNDERSTANDING:
It is understood and agreed to abide by the Security Notice and Directives to the Tour. Passengers agree to accept any and all risks to safety and security during participating in the package tour and hereby release “The Kingdom Encounter Ministries” & “Kinneret Tours” and any of its suppliers, trustees, officers, agents, and employees from any claims which may accordingly arise during participation in the Tour.
MEDICAL CONDITION:
“The Kingdom Encounter Ministries” & “Kinneret Tours” and their suppliers are not responsible for any medical conditions that may occur during or before the Tour.
NOTE:
The itinerary may change in sequence from time to time due to time and/or security restrictions or weather permitting.
